As the Corporate Marketing Manager for Associated Wholesale Grocers, Kate Favrow spends her days helping independent grocery stores retain relevance in the ever-evolving grocery landscape. Her team manages and maintains digital and in-store platforms for the over 3,100 retailers that make up the $10 billion co-op. She also coordinates internal corporate marketing initiatives ranging from implementation of new technology platforms to enhanced forms of communication between AWG and its members. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Master’s degrees in both Business Administration and Management from the University of Kansas. Kate lives in the Kansas City metro where she watches way too many sporting events and enjoys the culinary delights of the KC food scene.
